Yes. When an AI feature is included, the dealer connects a supported provider with their own API key and controls that connection.
How do property portal lead integrations work?
After the feature is enabled, the dealer creates an endpoint for the supported portal in the digital office. The platform shows a webhook URL and a one-time secret; the dealer copies them into that portal’s lead-delivery or webhook settings. The portal can then send new lead events securely. Availability depends on the provider supporting this delivery method.
